To be broadcast Tuesday, September 13, 2011 on FOX 5 (WNYW) in NYC

New York, NY - September 13, 2011 - INSIDE EDITION's Les Trent speaks exclusively with Allegra Curtis, daughter of late legendary actor, Tony Curtis, about the now infamous family feud over his will.

ALLEGRA: "I believe he was influenced, and we all know who he was influenced by. I don't need to say her name."

While Allegra was adamant about not naming names, court papers filed by her sister Kelly allegedly states their father's decision to disinherit his children is "a result of duress, menace, fraud or undue influence by Jill Curtis and/or others."

The screen legend died in September 2010.  INSIDE EDITION was the first to report the details of the late actor's will which states, "I acknowledge the existence of my children...and have intentionally and with full knowledge chosen not to provide for them."

Allegra says the family was shocked to learn that their father cut his five children - including movie star Jamie Lee Curtis - out of his will. Curtis left the bulk of his estate to his wife, Jill Curtis, 42 years his junior. She told INSIDE EDITION in an earlier interview that her husband was very specific in his wishes, and that Tony informed them before he died they were being disinherited.

JILL CURTIS: "Tony provided for his adult children by bequeathing nearly half a million dollars to his grandchildren. He was incredibly generous, both in life and after his passing."

Allegra says that she can't bear to watch Jill discuss her dad.

ALLEGRA: "I used to really like her and I just don't want to watch any...I don't want to watch it."

Allegra fears that her father's will may sully people's opinions of the great Tony Curtis as a good father and family man, she says he was.

ALLEGRA: "It's not about money. It's about memories." Allegra suspects that Jill is the mastermind behind her father's shocking decision to cut his five children - including movie star Jamie Lee Curtis - out of his will.
