New York, NY — September 24, 2016 – INSIDE EDITION’s Les Trent speaks exclusively with Paula Jones, who says she would like to be in the audience of Monday night’s Presidential debate between Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump.
Jones is the former Arkansas state employee who accused Bill Clinton of exposing himself in a hotel room in 1991 while he was Governor of Arkansas.
“Me and maybe the other women can sit up there and make Hillary a little bit nervous,” Jones tells INSIDE EDITION.
Jones’ desire to attend the debate stemmed after billionaire Mark Cuban announced that Hillary Clinton invited him to sit front row at the debate, apparently in an effort to psych out Trump, since the rival tycoons hate each other. Trump fired back with a Tweet saying that he plans to seat Gennifer Flowers, who Bill Clinton reportedly admitted under oath to having an affair with in a 1998 lawsuit, alongside Cuban in the front row. Flowers responded with a Tweet stating that she’ll “definitely be at the debate.”
Jones tells INSIDE EDITION that she fully supports Trump’s plan to bring Flowers to the debate. She says, “I thought it was awesome because, you know what? If Hillary and them are to have the gall to bring on Cuban and sit him in the front row, and the only purpose for that would’ve been to try to distract Donald Trump and try to sit up there and kind of almost bully him basically. Well, then why not? Fair game.”
Despite Trump’s Tweets about inviting Flowers to Monday’s debate, his running mate, Mike Pence said on Sunday that she would not be attending.
