New York, NY – March 31, 2021 – President Biden’s rescue dog Major is back in the doghouse following another biting incident. In an interview airing on Wednesday, INSIDE EDITION’s Jim Moret speaks with Cesar Millan, aka “the dog whisperer,” who has some advice for the Bidens’. 

The incident happened during a walk on the White House South Lawn, where Major went after a National Park Service employee. The incident comes just three weeks after the rescue bit a Secret Service agent. 

INSIDE EDITION asks Millan if he thinks he will be at the White House soon to work with Major. 

“Yes,” Millan tells INSIDE EDITION. “It’s happened twice, so something will have to be put in place.” 

Millan also says he doesn’t think Major is a dangerous animal. 

“It’s the humans,” says Millan. “We have to train the humans.” 

He hopes to be hands on, not only with Major, but the people around him. 

“The whole White House staff, everybody,” Millan tells INSIDE EDITION.  

After the first incident, Major was sent home to Delaware, where he was retrained and permitted back to the White House.  

Now, some are even suggesting Major should be put down. 

For the time being, Major will remain in the White House.
