New York, NY — January 25, 2017 — Olympic figure skater Nancy Kerrigan will join INSIDE EDITION as a Special Correspondent for Super Bowl LII between the Philadelphia Eagles vs. the New England Patriots. She will follow that up with a similar role during the upcoming Winter Games which will be held in South Korea beginning February 9.

“We’re thrilled to have Nancy as our Special Correspondent for Super Bowl LII and the Olympics. As a champion athlete and elite competitor, she will be able to bring her unique perspective to our viewers during the biggest events in sports,” says INSIDE EDITION Executive Producer Charles Lachman.

The two-time Olympic medalist will be reporting from Minneapolis alongside INSIDE EDITION Correspondent Megan Alexander to cover happenings throughout Super Bowl week, including exclusive interviews and behind-the-scenes reports. Nancy continues a long tradition at INSIDE EDITION which has previously featured Olympic champions including Simone Biles, Shawn Johnson and Gabby Douglas as Special Correspondents for the big game.

The Super Bowl figures to be a great matchup between my hometown team, the New England Patriots, and the Philadelphia Eagles, and I’m excited to take viewers behind-the-scenes leading up to the game,” says Kerrigan.

Ms. Kerrigan will begin her Special Correspondent duties on Monday, January 29^th at Super Bowl Opening Night and will continue reporting through game day on Sunday, February 4^th.
