New York, NY — October 28, 2016 – After the Kim Kardashian heist in Paris on October 3, Abdulrahman, the concierge who was forced at gunpoint to let the thieves into Kardashian’s apartment, tells INSIDE EDITION that he blames lack of security.  In an exclusive airing on Friday, INSIDE EDITION was able to stroll right through the unguarded front gates without being challenged both in daytime and at night – the exact steps the thieves took to the office where the concierge was stationed.

A female concierge was working at the front desk alone when INSIDE EDITION walked in and Abdulrahman says that the code to the keypad at the front door hasn’t been changed in years, and that many people know it. “The code is known by all. By all. There is one code and nobody has changed it since 2010,” he says.  He adds, “The lock on the door was broken for three or four weeks.”

He also says that there are no surveillance cameras anywhere in the hotel and that when he told the thieves that, they thought he was lying. Abdulrahman says, “I told him there was no camera here and he was amazed. He was very upset. He said, ‘Don’t lie to me. What is this?’”
