New York, NY — July 27, 2016 – Hillary Clinton closed the second night of the Democratic National Convention on Tuesday when she made history to become the first major party nominee for President of the United States. Clinton appeared live at Philadelphia’s Wells Fargo Center from an undisclosed location to give her first remarks after a ‘glass ceiling’ literally shattered in front of her.   

Clinton’s exact whereabouts were unknown, until now. INSIDE EDITION can exclusively reveal that Hillary Clinton was watching the Convention her favorite restaurant, Crabtree’s Kittle House, in Chappaqua, N.Y.

Clinton was surrounded by friends and neighbors, and their children, at the upscale restaurant which resides in a 200-year-old inn that was once a former girls’ school.

Owner John Crabtree opened his doors for INSIDE EDITION and showed us where Clinton was during that significant moment. “She was standing right here. She was the center of attention, of course. The cameras were all there. The lights were all shining on here. People were there, people were here. People were everywhere. History was being made,” says Crabtree.
