New York, NY — May 12, 2016 – INSIDE EDITION’s Steven Fabian speaks exclusively with Sydney Leathers, the woman who exchanged lewd texts and photos with former New York congressman Anthony Weiner.

Weiner is married to one of Hillary Clinton’s top aides, Huma Abedin, who stood by Weiner’s side after his sexting scandal with Leathers erupted.

INSIDE EDITION speaks with Leathers about speculation that Donald Trump is planning to drag up the scandal all over again to hurt Hillary Clinton’s Presidential campaign.  “I do believe Trump will try to use the documentary as ammo, but I don’t really think its good ammunition,” she says. “I don’t think there’s much there to attack Hillary on.”

“Anything’s fair politically,” she continues. “I don’t know how effective it will be, but why not? He can bring it up if he wants to.”

Regarding the new documentary about Weiner’s failed 2013 New York City mayoral bid, titled ‘Weiner,’ Leathers says, “I don’t think Huma looks that bad in this documentary, but I don’t think anyone comes off looking particularly good, myself included.”

In the film’s trailer, Leathers is seen fleeing photographers during the height of the scandal. “Looking back, I almost feel like I had PTSD from it,” Leathers says. “It was really a strange situation to be in.”
