New York, NY — January 14, 2015 — Inside Edition’s Deborah Norville speaks with former Alaska governor and Vice Presidential candidate Sarah Palin, who weighs in on the Obama administration’s refusal to describe the attacks in France as the work of “Islamic Terrorists.”
Palin: “They’re so politically correct, and yet, they’re so politically wrong on just about everything. It is, in a sense, being a chicken as was made manifest when we didn’t have a high-ranking official go over and unify with other world leaders to say, ‘No, this Islamic Fundamentalism that is resulting in such terror across our globe, we’re not going to have that in our land.’”
Palin also talks with Norville about who she thinks her fellow Republicans will nominate for President in 2016.
Norville: “Mitt Romney’s suggesting that he might be willing to throw his hat in the ring. He’s had two shots at the apple. Should he go for a third?”
Palin: “We need new energy. We need new blood. We need new ideas.”
Norville: “Where are the Republican women when it comes to running for the White House?”
Palin: “I don’t give a flying flip about what gender the person will be. I want the absolute best because America deserves the best, in terms of leadership, getting this country on the right track. But yeah, it would be nice and it will be nice to see women jump into the ring.”
Palin also addresses the North Korean cyberterrorists.
Palin: “We better take it doggone seriously. Newt Gingrich, he’s been warning about cyberterrorism for a decade or more, and a lot of people thought that he was just crazy talking about that stuff. He was before his time.”
Palin is promoting the second season of her Sportsman Channel show, “Amazing America with Sarah Palin” which premieres on Thursday night.
