THE MODEL, THE MOGUL AND THE MISTRESS: ALYSSA PALLETT SAYS SHE TRIED TO HELP STEPHANIE SEYMOUR
New York, NY - September 21, 2010 - Inside Edition speaks with 24-year-old former Playboy model, Ayssa Pallett, who claims she had an almost two-year affair with supermodel Stephanie Seymour's husband Peter Brant.
Pallett tells Inside Edition that last April, when she was fed up with Brant, she contacted Seymour reveal the affair.
Pallett: "I actually sent her a letter telling her about it last April. I wanted to help her if she needed information. Peter had been stressing me out."
Inside Edition: "Did she ever respond?"
Pallett: "She wanted me to call her...Her boyfriend emailed me as well saying, ‘We ‘d love to talk to you about what you know. Peter Brant is a horrible person. He deserves to be taught a lesson."
Pallett tells Inside Edition that she never did call Seymour.
Pallett: "I didn't feel comfortable calling her. She left me her number. But I didn't want to do that."
On Monday, supermodel Stephanie Seymour and her mogul husband Peter Brant, abruptly announced they had reconciled, ending their bitter year-long divorce battle, appearing at a Connecticut courthouse hand-in-hand.
Pallett tells Inside Edition that she is not surprised that Seymour and Brant decided to call off their divorce because it was like a game of "tic-tac-toe" and "they've played all their moves."
Brant and Seymour have released a statement to the media saying, "It is truly sad that this woman is seeking to promote herself in such a shameless manner...Her account is full of untruths, and she is exaggerating any role she had in our lives. She is totally irrelevant to us and our family."
