New York, NY - September 23, 2009 - She is the woman at the center of the nude video scandal involving Grey's Anatomy's Dr. McSteamy, Eric Dane, along with his wife, Rebecca Gayheart. 

Kari Anne Peniche is speaking to INSIDE EDITION's Jim Moret about the now very public video.

After the video hit the internet, it was an embarrassing moment for Dane and Gayheart.  But for the 25-year-old former Miss Teen USA, who is no stranger to controversy -- she was stripped of her crown after posing for Playboy in 2004 - Peniche says, "We were just having fun.  It wasn't that big a deal."

Peniche tells INSIDE EDITION she's been friends with Dane and Gayheart for years.  One night after a party, she says they went back to her apartment and on the video, Gayheart is heard saying she's high.

Peniche admits they had been drinking that night, but when asked if they had taken drugs she replied, "Not that I'm aware of."

IE: "How did the three of you end up in a tub - naked?"

Peniche: "You've never done that?  Everyone does that."

IE: "With a video camera?"

Peniche: "Sure, why not?"

IE: "Whose idea was it to video tape?"

Peniche: "I don't even remember that night."

Peniche claims there was never any sex involved, although she admits she is a sex addict and has undergone treatment. 

After the video surfaced, Dane's lawyer sent a statement to INSIDE EDITION saying: "This is simply a private, consensual moment involving a married couple shot several years ago, which was never intended to be seen by the public."

Peniche tells INSIDE EDITION she still has no regrets about her romp with Dane and Gayheart.

Peniche: "We were having fun...and yeah, I'd probably do it again...but I won't tape it."
