CELEBRITY APPRENTICE WINNER JOAN RIVERS DISHES TO INSIDE EDITION ABOUT HER TV TIRADE
To Be Broadcast: Monday, May 11, 2009
New York, NY - May 11, 2009 - INSIDE EDITION speaks with the winner of Celebrity Apprentice, Joan Rivers, the day after her big win on the live season finale.
Rivers tells INSIDE EDITION that she has no regrets about her now famous feud with poker player, Annie Duke.
Rivers: "My only regret is to the white trash community of America because I did not mean to insult them."
Rivers tells INSIDE EDITION that she stands by the comments she made likening Duke to Hitler.
Rivers: "Hitler was a two-faced person. Hitler was an egomaniac. Hitler was ruthless and so was Annie. The difference was mainly that Hitler never had PMS...which I think Annie suffered from continuously."
Rivers also tells INSIDE EDITION that though she's ready to move on and put her TV feud behind her, she still has a sore spot when it comes to Duke.
Rivers: "She called me a mean, old bitch...and I don't like being called old."
