New York, NY - May 5, 2009 - INSIDE EDITION exclusively has the first video of John Edward's former mistress, Rielle Hunter, with her daughter Francis Quinn.

Hunter, who had an affair with Edwards in 2006 while producing web documentaries for his Presidential campaign, continues to remain silent about the political sex scandal.

She appears extremely thin in blue jeans, a scarf and purple sweater over a white collared shirt.  With her hair pulled back, Hunter looks like an everyday mom carefully tucking her daughter into a car seat in her BMW, still with North Carolina plates.

Hunter and her baby are living with a friend in the middle class neighborhood of South Orange, NJ.  The single family home is said to be worth $700,000.  It's much more modest accommodations than the multi-million dollar mansion outside Santa Barbara, CA, where Hunter was living just nine months ago when news of the scandal broke.

Hunter's daughter is a year and three months old.  Edwards continues to deny that he is the baby's father.
