New York, NY - April 16, 2009 - INSIDE EDITION reports on the two former Domino's employees who have been fired, arrested and charged with a felony for what they say was just a prank.

In the sickening video, 32-year-old Michael Setzer performs disgusting acts involving his body and the food served at Domino's while 31-year-old Kristy Hammonds Thompson narrates.

The video was posted on YouTube where it was quickly seen by millions. As a result, Setzer and Thompson were fired and arrested, and the Domino's restaurant in Coover, NC was closed for sterilization.

INSIDE EDITION has learned that Kristy Thompson, the 31-year-old Domino's Pizza employee who videotaped Setzer, was convicted of sexual battery last June.

According to the State Sex Offender Registry, she received 24 months probation.

INSIDE EDITION has also learned this isn't her first run-in with the law. In 1995, she was convicted of possession of stolen goods and damaging a vending machine.
