New York, NY - April 13, 2009 - INSIDE EDITION speaks exclusively for the first time with Sandie Guy, the woman who posted a suicide message on Demi Moore's Twitter page. 

The 47-year-old from San Jose, CA reveals to INSIDE EDITION how Moore saved her life.

Demi Moore, who Guy follows on Twitter along with her husband Ashton Kutcher, read Guy's message about wanting to commit suicide.  Moore reposted it writing, "Hope you are joking." Thousands of Moore's fans got involved.  Seeing that Guy lived near San Jose, people following Moore on Twitter called the San Jose police from all over the world.  The fans gave the police enough information about Guy to help track her down.

Guy: "I never expected anyone to see it, especially a big movie star."

Guy, who just lost her job as an advertising executive at a newspaper and is going through a difficult divorce, tells INSIDE EDITION that she was feeling depressed.  

Guy: "I was feeling very, very depressed and down."

Guy also tells INSIDE EDITION that she didn't think her tweet was going to be able to be read by the public.

Guy: "I was on Twitter and I didn't realize everyone was going to see it.  I was trying to deal with it in the most healthy way I could think of.  I did have a knife next to me."

Guy tells INSIDE EDITION that when the San Jose police arrived she was confused as to why they were there.

Guy: "I thought something happened to one of my kids, and I was scared.  I was totally flabbergasted.  I'm thinking, ‘Oh my god.  I used my real name.  All my friends will know.'"

Guy tells INSIDE EDITION she is grateful to Moore and her Twitter fans who got help for her.

Guy: "I think it's amazing that someone in her position...took it seriously enough to send it out.  It's amazing the humanity that came out of it...I will keep all those tweets for the rest of my life."
