New York, NY - July 22, 2008 - Wendy Williams and Omarosa Manigault-Stallworth speak with INSIDE EDITION about their television cat fight on Williams' new morning talk show.

The former Apprentice star was a guest on Williams' show to promote her latest book when things became heated between the two women.

Williams tells INSIDE EDITION she feels sad for Omarosa and questions

Williams:"Who are your friends? Who is your life outside this persona?...I'm sad for Omarosa."

Williams also tells INSIDE EDITION she will not have Omarosa back on her talk show.

Williams:"For what? For what? What do I need to have her back on here for?"

Omarosa tells INSIDE EDITION she was not trying to steal Wendy's thunder.

Omarosa: "I'm real.  Unfortunately, Wendy is a phony."

Omarosa:"You know it was time for someone to go toe to toe with Wendy. She's been doing this for a long time, trying to destroy people and this time she met her match."
