New York, NY - May 8, 2008 - In an INSIDE EDITION report model Lauren Hastings accuses actress Lindsay Lohan of stealing clothing from her house over a year ago.

Lauren Hastings, the reported girlfriend of actor Shia LaBeouf, is on the website buzznet.com accusing the actress of stealing thousands of dollars worth of her clothes right out of her closet.

"Basically, I have two closets, a lot of the stuff was missing out of one and the next closet was almost completely empty," Hastings says on the video.

The model says she was away on a job when her house-sitter hosted an unauthorized late night party at her house.  She came home and discovered her empty closets, and five witnesses had a shocking story.

"They all said they saw Lindsay Lohan basically in my closet, handing a bag of clothes to her bodyguard," said Hastings.

The 23-year-old, who coincidently appeared on INSIDE EDITION yesterday modeling the vintage clothing of murdered actress Sharon Tate, says she called the police, who conducted an investigation but never recovered the property.  INSIDE EDITION has obtained documents from the Los Angeles County District Attorney's office, confirming that Hastings reported the theft of her clothing.  The DA's office declined to prosecute Lohan, citing insufficient evidence.

"I contacted Lindsay and said, 'Look, I know you stole my clothes.'  She then said I was completely delusional, I was pathetic," Hastings said.
