New York, NY - May 17, 2007 - Inside Edition has obtained exclusive video of the proposed tv pilot that shows Phil Spector giving a room-by-room tour of his castle.  The reality pilot was taped 18 months after the shooting death of actress Lana Clarkson.

Following are excerpted quotes from this exclusive video to be broadcast on today's INSIDE EDITION.   Credit must be given to INSIDE EDITION.

In the video, Spector is wearing an Edwardian suit and platform shoes and carries a walking stick as he gives a tour of his castle.

The video was directed by his personal assistant of nearly six years, Michelle Blaine, who says on the tape Spector is like "your crazy older uncle."

Throughout the tour, Spector speaks directly to the camera and makes a few unsettling remarks in the dining room.

Phil Spector: "I try not to eat alone in here...It emphasizes how f***ing depressed I am.  And, how lonely I am.  And, how I have no friends...Would you like to eat here alone?  I'm leaving now because I'm already getting depressed just being in here alone."

It appears from the video that Spector was planning on having contestants on the reality show.  He talks directly to the camera:

Phil Spector: "You will sit and join me in my depression.  We will all take Prozac light and we'll have a wonderful time together."

The castle is more like a museum than a house with paintings of the Masters and a rare tapestry from the Gobelins factory in France.

Phil Spector: "Here's John Lennon's guitar Yoko gave to me...What can I say?  It brings tears to my eyes just looking at it."

Spector ends the video with, "Well people, thanks for checking out my crib."
