The CBS EVENING NEWS WITH NORAH O’DONNELL delivered its largest audience since Jan. 31, 2022, according to Nielsen live plus same day ratings for the week of Jan. 6. The CBS EVENING NEWS WITH NORAH O’DONNELL delivered 5.7 million viewers with 943,000 of them in the key adults 25-54 demographic.

The CBS EVENING NEWS was the highest rated telecast on CBS on Wednesday in viewers and adults 25-54 and its live-streaming audience was up +16% from the prior week.

Season-to-date, the CBS EVENING NEWS is delivering the tightest viewer gap with NBC since the 2017-18 season and the tightest adults 25-54 gap with ABC since the 2018-19 season.
