Zendaya on Being in Sync with Law Roach About Her Press Looks
https://app.cimediacloud.com/r/uHUlpkqXDExg
Zendaya: It's like I love the work and I love doing what I do and my favorite part is the work part, you know, the actual creation of the thing.
Drew: which is so different than the press tour.
Zendaya: So different, and you have to figure out how to then like sell something and sell yourself and sell a film and and and trying to do that in a way that feels honest and still feels fun and like you said to add that peacock feather of life to what you're doing. And I think sometimes with the films there's so much like there's so much to work with and there's so many, you know, thematically or even like with Dune there's so there's so much there there's such a, a rich world that I get to play with and so it's fun for Law and I would get on the phone sometimes we send references but we end up sending the same things to each other.
Drew: Very much on the same page.
Zendaya: Yes always.
Zendaya on Being Hard on Herself
https://app.cimediacloud.com/r/1pHlcLR2s5uO
Drew: The thing that I can't stop thinking about from this film. And it is a question I ask myself, especially after being single for 10 years, am I lovable? Can I be loved? That is a deep question and I'm wondering if anyone else here has ever asked themselves that question.
Zendaya: Absolutely, absolutely, and I feel like it's a very, I don't know, it's a very human question to ask ourselves, I think, At the end of the day we are humans we make mistakes we're not perfect and I'm so hard on myself. Oh my god, yeah, I can beat myself up so bad and I know people I love do the same thing and it's like if I, and, and sometimes you know when you're talking to someone else it's all so clear like you can tell your friend like what are you talking about? Stop talking to yourself. Stuff like that you're beautiful, you're smart, you're this you're that and then they just can't hear it and it's like sometimes you, you kind of have to put yourself in that like oh I'm being I'm doing that too. I'm not listening to any of the good. I'm taking only the bad.
Drew: I am the best therapist for everyone else.
Zendaya: I have worked so hard on myself to help you.
Zendaya on “Shake it Up”
https://app.cimediacloud.com/r/zsAEaDlnGTZk
Drew: OK, ‘Shake it Up.’
Zendaya: Oh goodness. Those boots, let me tell you, those boots, if only she knew. She was working, honey, OK? She had a 9 to 5 , but I'm, you know, I'm so grateful for all of that shapes who I am and, yeah, I have a lot of great memories.
Drew: We all also grew up watching you. Did you watch anybody when you were like that age and watching shows?
Zendaya: Absolutely. I mean, well, I like Disney Channel, so I, I remember watching Raven Symone a lot when I was, when I, ‘That's So Raven’ was my jam, and the ‘Cheetah Girls’ I was, I mean I was Cheetah girl, OK, you couldn't tell me any different.
Zendaya on the “Spider-Man” Movies and Her Excitement About the Next One
https://app.cimediacloud.com/r/9puWC8o7KCB0
Drew: OK, pivot the ‘Spider-Man’ films which is…anything come to mind?
Zendaya: Lots comes to mind, no, I, again, these movies, I mean, I still, it's so crazy to me. It's like, like ‘Spider-Man.’ Like that's crazy. It's so cool. I grew up watching ‘Spider-Man’ you know, it's ‘Spider-Man’ and to be a part of them and the joy that it brings people, and then also it brought into my life love and my best friend, so it's pretty cool.
Drew: That's what you deserve. I also, being a producer and trying to make films like the ‘Charlie's Angels’ and all of those types of things. The holy trinity of the last film when everybody comes together, all the ‘Spider-Man's’ and the notion of you know, your Spider-Man choosing to give up love in order to protect might be the ultimate form of sacrifice for love, and I walked out of that movie thinking that is one of the most epically well crafted genius films ever made with the synergyistic bringing together.
Zendaya: Well, I'm excited for you to see the next one because. I am already so proud of the work and I'm so proud of Tom and it's, it's really this this next one I'm blown away.
Drew: I don't even know how you top that one, but I, I have faith because I've not seen films reach that height, especially for a, a beloved franchise like that.
Zendaya: You know what was just so fun is like the there's like the nostalgia of it too and like watching that movie in theaters with people like trying to sneak in or at the premieres was so fun because everybody's like inner child was jumping out like as soon as they saw Toby, as soon as they saw Andrew was like you know, and it's like I just love I love that.
Zendaya on What She Learned from Rue in “Euphoria” and Tashi in “Challengers”
https://app.cimediacloud.com/r/YaNVV2YkiB3F
Zendaya: I love it so much. That was also, you know, a lot of fun. I'm very proud of that one too.
I mean, I'm really, it's like I hate to be like I'm proud of this, but, but I, but I am, you know.
I think ‘Euphoria’ it, it cracked my heart open. Rue taught me so much about life that, I mean, the, that crew also has seen me grow up. Like I, I'm, I owe so much to that show. Rue taught me so much about empathy and, about, you know, redemption and yeah she taught me a lot and I'm you know I'm very grateful for for all of it well you do it all yeah and that's why things like ‘Challengers’ are important because that was like as there is so much there too that we can extend empathy and she was a character that was like I had never really been able to play you know a woman that didn't necessarily have to be likable and she was so much fun in her power and her owning that and but the the movie was also just a lot of fun you know it's just you get to go and just have some fun.
Gabby Windey Talks About Her Wife Robby
https://app.cimediacloud.com/r/qmneFiA2Lukh
Drew: She's also married to the coolest human being on the planet, Robby Hoffman, but she has a brand new dating show that I've been watching. It is called ‘Love Overboard.’ It is produced by Alex Cooper. It is all the rage on Hulu, everybody. It is Gabby Windey
Gabby: Thank you, thank you. Yes, keep going and keep going.
Sunny: And we love your wife. She's awesome.
Gabby: Love her I’m like I love her more. She's so lovable, that's the thing, it's like, yeah, you meet her, you won't not fall in love. That's what I tell people I'm like everyone would fall in love with her no matter the sexuality. Here I am 5 seconds in talking about how I'm a lesbian again. I know.

https://app.cimediacloud.com/r/8tF4TZnmdlUb
Drew: Are you doing a film with them possibly?
Gabby: You know it.
Drew: OK, is there anything you can talk about? It's very exciting.
Gabby: Yes, I'm like trying to remember the log line.
Drew: Is, is it Molly Gordon directing?
Gabby: And starring.
Drew: She is in ‘The Bear’ and she is an amazing actress and she's gonna direct this and who is there anyone else gonna be in it?
Gabby: Emma Mackey from ‘Sex Education.’ I mean, everyone is amazing.
Drew: Is Connor Storrie rumored to be in it?
Gabby: Yes. He’s in it. Nobody really cares about anyone else besides Connor Storrie.
Drew: We also, probably should mention someone who is a living legend. Laura Dern is also gonna be in it.
Gabby: So exciting. No, it's huge.
