Drew’s News: Drew on an Ex Having His Mom Move in to Their Apartment
https://app.cimediacloud.com/r/CGKaQjXGYLIz
Drew: All right, Val, it's your story.
Valerie: Up next, gather round for a tale that puts the real in real estate drama. People magazine reports a bride-to be called off her wedding after discovering her fiancé secretly purchased a house with his mother. She dubbed it a giant red flag once she asked where she fit in, and his response was, oh well, you can move in too, of course. The story has absolutely gone viral, with many saying that when you get married, you want a partner, not a landlord with a live-in mom. Shall we discuss this?
Ross: I mean, I mean, my advice to her is if you move in with him and the mom, just be careful you don't trip over the umbilical cord, OK, because it's still there.
Drew: I mean literally like don't choke on those apron strings.
Valerie: How does she not know this about him before? I mean granted she did find out before they were married. How long were they engaged? I mean, what, what are you thinking?
Drew: OK, well, here, this happened to me. I totally have been through something like you've been through, although I was not engaged. But, I moved in with one of my first boyfriends and I was really excited. We get this the most cute little house in Los Feliz, California. I'm like, I'm gonna be a hipster with my live-in boyfriend. Oh my God, I'm Mary Tyler Moore. No, we move in. He goes, ‘By the way, my mom is going to come stay with us.’ And I was like, ‘Oh, so I'm like, OK, that's so cool. Like for how long?’ And he goes, ‘Like, maybe forever indefinitely she's gonna move in with us’ and I literally go. I gotta go. Oh, I gotta go. I, you got, I can't. Are you, are you out of your mind? Your mother, have I met your mother? He's like, no. I'm like, so I don't know your mother and he's like, No, I, I think you'll be fine. I'm like, I have mother issues. I'm leaving.
Here's my laundry basket. I'm out.
Kathryn Hahn on Being the First Female to Show Her Bottom in the Marvel Universe
https://app.cimediacloud.com/r/KwuH6EGwmiZq
Drew: Are you the first tuckus in the Marvel universe?
Kathryn: I'm the first female tuckus in the Marvel universe.
Drew: How did you get the idea, the moxie, the confidence to go there.
Kathryn: That was my idea for it, yes, I, well, I thought Agatha at that particular moment was like feral. She had been under this spell for a long time by the, from the Scarlet Witch, and she just, I think that when she finally, the spell was broken, I think that would be the last thing she would think of was putting on a robe. So I just had to run out and go for it. Yeah, but you know that my hair was strategically taped down, which I'm not saying was comfortable at the end of the day, but it was definitely I had like strategic placement, so it was not so bad, but that was like the first day of shooting. I gotta tell you.

Drew: I've missed you since the last time you were here.
Kathryn: Which was so much fun.
Drew: You know what, in fact, it's gonna lead me to my first thing to ask you about because.
Kathryn: I have shaved my legs this time.
Drew: You did.
Kathryn: Yes I did. I did.
Drew: I'm now resorting to wearing tights, so I've got a smooth legs for you.
Kathryn: Look at how cute.
Drew: Like I'm an old timey director everybody, everybody, I love how in sync we are with our clothing today.
Kathryn: I know.
