Drew: When ‘Aquaman’ came your way were you like, ‘Oh this works?’

Jason: Well at first I was a bit shocked because you picture him a different way and then until Zach was like, ‘No he should be Polynesian,’ it makes sense, and I’m like, ‘Oh my god it makes total sense to be half Polynesian and half Atlantian.’ And then at the root of it my passion my whole life is I want to be a marine biologist, I’m just completely obsessed with everything that’s in the ocean, and just an activist for the environment in general so when you become ‘Aquaman’ it just kind of put me on a platform where, I never had little kids looking up to me and I didn’t have, generally the roles I played were pretty vicious and not really me, but my heart is in this kind of stuff.

Drew: Well the kids want ‘Aquaman’ and other people like…

Jason: They like Drogo and other things yeah.

Drew: Tell me everything what was it like, Khal Drogo.

Jason: It’s a decade ago, it’s been a while….the whole show was amazing. It was a wonderful time in my life.

Drew: And you’re very big on loincloths, you like to be in loincloths which we like too.

Jason: I’m not a big fan of clothes. Hawaiians we didn’t wear too much. I run hot, I’m a furnace.

Drew: I run cold. I’m freezing all the time.

Jason:…They’re gonna show the movie before it comes out. I haven’t really announced it yet but we’re gonna go to Hawaii and I think we’re gonna try to do three days of showing people in Maui who lost their homes, just be able to give to the community. Let them go to the theaters and they’ll be free. We’re gonna do one in Oahu too, I’m gonna come and see my family.

Jason:…What’s the most embarrassing thing that’s ever happened to you?

Drew: I would say just every day of my life. I’m the type of person that if I’m trying to be cute and cool I will eat it right in front of that person, so all the time. Tell us a behind-the-scenes secret about ‘Game of Thrones.’

Jason: I was surrounded by English people and I’m not a formally trained actor and everyone there is very Shakespearean and so they were all prepared, I was having fun talking to people and they were like, ‘They need a second,’ and so they would go over and do these breathing exercises and do all these things I was totally blown away. I’m Drogo I just have to grunt and be menacing….what’s something you’re afraid of?

Drew: I’m afraid of death. I think about it far too often, because I don’t want to leave and I don’t want to be not there for my kids. And goat’s cheese…alright last one, if you were stuck on a desert island what would you bring?

Jason: Mananalu…what would your last meal be?

Drew: Pasta.
