DR. PHIL DELVES INTO THE DETAILS SURROUNDING THE DEATH OF SHEENA MORRIS THIS THURSDAY
(Los Angeles, CA – October 25, 2012) – The parents of 22-year-old Sheena Morris, who was found hanged in a Florida hotel room on New Year’s Day 2009, sit down with Dr. Phil and the man they believe may be responsible for their daughter’s death – her ex-fiancé, Joe – this Thursday, October 25, 2012 (check local listings). Then on Friday, October 26, Dr. Phil will reveal the shocking results of a polygraph test taken by Joe. This intense two-part series kicks-off the November sweeps period.
Morris was found dead following reports of an altercation with Joe, now 48. The case was ruled a suicide by local police, but her parents refuse to believe she would take her own life and have worked relentlessly to reopen the investigation. In an effort to clear his name, Joe, comes face-to-face with Sheena’s parents for the first time in three years and tells his side of what happened the night of Morris’ death. On Friday, October 26, Joe agrees to take a polygraph test to prove his innocence and Dr. Phil will reveal the results.
