SHANNON PRICE ON HER PLANS FOR GARY COLEMAN'S ASHES: "SPREAD THEM AROUND TRAIN TRACKS"
June 8, 2010 (Los Angeles, CA) - ENTERTAINMENT TONIGHT's KEVIN FRAZIER sat down with Shannon Price, "wife" of actor Gary Coleman, for a new, in-depth interview that continues tonight, June 8th.
Price reveals to ET that Gary wished to be cremated. As for his ashes, she plans "To spread some of them around some train tracks because trains were his hobby and he loved that very much. And I think that he would really appreciate that I did that for him. "
On Coleman's estate, Price says she has a legal document showing he "wanted me to have everything." She goes on to talk about his financial woes, saying, "His financial problems have always been bad with people stealing from him. Gary hasn't been able to take care of finances very well because no one taught him. [But] we survived through everything. I had some family help us. My family's been very supportive [us]."
Often speaking of Gary in the present tense, Shannon admits that she cannot accept he is really gone, "Reality really hasn't hit me yet. I feel like Gary's in LA working because when he would go on jobs he would be gone for a while. But I've had anxiety dealing with the legal stuff and not being able to talk to him has actually been the hardest."
