LARRY KING ON CARRIE PREJEAN INTERVIEW: "I DIDN'T ASK ANYTHING WRONG. I'M DOING MY JOB."

November 12, 2009 (Los Angeles, CA)-- ENTERTAINMENT TONIGHT spoke to Larry King today for a new interview to air tonight, November 12th.King tells ET he "didn't understand it all" when former Miss California Carrie Prejean took off her mic in the middle of her interview on his show last night.

"I won't even dignify it," the CNN host tells ET. "I didn't ask anything wrong. I didn't know what was inappropriate. I'm doing my job."

Prejean was on "Larry King Live" Wednesday night via satellite to discuss her new book, but instead found herself in a heated moment where she called the newsman "inappropriate" multiple times when he asked her about why she settled with the Miss USA pageant. She then removed her microphone and told King he was being "extremely inappropriate" and that she was "about to leave" the show.

"Anyway, life goes on," King says of the incident.
