May 28, 2013 (Los Angeles, CA) – omg! INSIDER  to air “The LeAnn Rimes Spitfire Playlist”, an in-depth interview with Grammy Award winner LeAnn Rimes and omg! INSIDER co-anchor Thea Andrews about her much anticipated album Spitfire.  Rimes takes Andrews through her album, track by track.  “The LeAnn Rimes Spitfire Playlist” will air on Monday, June 3rd and Tuesday, June 4th to coincide with the album release. The interview will also air as a thirty-minute special the weekend of June 8th.

About the song What Have I Done, Rimes confides, “It’s really kind of taking a look at who you are at that moment. What you've caused, what you've been a part of causing, and then who you don't want to be again…. It was a deep reflection of sheer pain on so many levels. I mean there's a lot of pain there.  We all have regrets, we all have that moment where we look in the mirror, for whatever reason, and we don't like what we see.”

With each song comes personal revelations about Rimes, who had an affair with actor Eddie Cibrian in 2009 which ended both of their marriages and put their own relationship in the tabloids.  The couple married in 2011.

Regarding her song Borrowed and what it reflects about her relationship then and now, Rimes says, “We’ve  overcome a lot of things and obviously we could have both walked away at any moment and just said, ‘Screw this. This is too much.'" 

Rimes tells Andrews that some of the music is difficult to hear again.  As the song What Have I Done plays, Rimes says, "It's really hard to listen to.  I listen back and there's a moment where intense stuff is going on.  That was one of the toughest moments ever.  I remember talking to Eddie and I was like, 'Are you scared?' There were children involved."

Rimes calls Spitfire her most personal album to date and, song-by-song, reveals to Andrews her dark moments, moments of hope, and the love that helped her through it all.
