Emmy® Award-Winning Talk Show Airs It's First 3-D Episode
and Creates World's Biggest Cooking Demonstration

NEW YORK, NY - October 28, 2010 - CBS Television Distribution's two-time Emmy® Award-winning RACHAEL RAY will make history during November sweeps by producing it's first ever 3-D episode with "Rach's Halloween Bash." RACHAEL RAY will also conduct the world's largest cooking demonstration and invite VIP celebrities to the kitchen table.

"Rach's Halloween Bash in 3-D" is serving up the eye-popping event of the season with unbelievable tricks, irresistible treats and a monster guest list! Pee-wee Herman is dropping by the Halloween Bash with a few of his favorite gags, as well as helping Rach make a delicious mummified snack.   The ultimate tricksters Penn & Teller have a few surprises as well, one of which is levitating Rachael. The 3-D glasses are available in the Monday, October 25 edition of TV Guide Magazine and the special episode airs on Friday, October 29.

RACHAEL RAY will be leading the "World's Biggest Cooking Demo" with Rachael doing the demonstration in the show's NYC studio along with the entire studio audience live during taping. Plus, hundreds of viewers in Los Angeles will join in via Skype to take part, and the event will be streaming live to Facebook fans on Tuesday, November 9.

RACHAEL RAY will also kick off an exciting new series, "Food, Fashion & Foreplay" in which Rachael will cook a snack and invite two celebrity friends to chat about a variety of topics. This segment will air every Monday in November.

The show will also continue to have celebrities pull up a chair to Rachael's kitchen table such as Russell Brand fresh off his wedding to Katy Perry, The Kardashians, Julianna Margulies, Rosario Dawson, Joy Behar, Sheryl Crow, Dr. Phil, Seal, Rainn Wilson, Huey Lewis, Judah Friedlander from 30 Rock and more!
