May 19, 2010 (Los Angeles, CA) -- ENTERTAINMENT TONIGHT has exclusively confirmed that the ‘Transformers' movie franchise is moving forward without Megan Fox. Paramount Pictures confirms to ET that Fox's contract has not been picked up for the third installment of the series.

There is speculation that Shia LaBeouf's character will move in a new direction with a new love interest for ‘Transformers 3.'
