A TEACHER CHARGED WITH IMPROPER SEXUAL BEHAVIOR CONFRONTS HER ACCUSER; YOUNG GIRLS LURED AWAY FROM HOME BY INTERNET STRANGERS ILLUSTRATE JUST HOW SUSCEPTIBLE ALL CHILDREN CAN BE; AND AN EMOTIONALLY RAW HOUSE OF JUDGMENT TURNS THE DR. PHIL HOUSE INSIDE OUT ON DR. PHIL

Hollywood, CA - October 30, 2007 -- This November, in what promises to be some of the most compelling episodes to be broadcast on DR. PHIL, America's Doctor mediates the confrontation between a disgraced teacher and the student who accused her of making improper sexual advances; invites the most extreme individuals into Judgment House, where they are forced to confront their prejudices and each other; and offers one last chance to teenage girls who have run away from home and into arms of men they've met the internet. (Check listings for channel and time. Broadcast schedule subject to change without notice).

On Thursday, November 1 and Friday, November 2, in a twist on the notorious Mary Kay Letourneau case,"Teacher Sex Scandals" involves a disgraced high school teacher who, for the first time in a post-trial forum, confronts her former student who accused and testified that she was a sexual predator. Could he be lying about having had sex with her? Under close examination by Dr. Phil, both of their stories begin to show inconsistencies. Who's telling the truth?

"DNA Drama," airing Monday, November 5, concerns a paranoid grandmother who accuses her daughter-in-law of deceit when she claims the grandchild is not her son's child. Also in this episode, a pregnant woman's lover denies her child's paternity and then seems to disappear off the face of the Earth - until Dr. Phil hires private investigators to track him down for a dramatic confrontation.

Then, what happens when Dr. Phil introduces to each other six of the most judgmental people ever gathered together -- a self-righteous moralist, a self-proclaimed "bitch," a chauvinist, a man-hater, an anti-social pessimist and an African-American elitist? The plan - to have them live with each other in the "Dr. Phil House" -- is one of the most volatile social experiments ever seen on television. "Introducing the ‘House of Judgment'" is scheduled to air on Tuesday, November 6. "House of Judgment I" airs the following Monday, November 12.

"Finding Alex" airs Wednesday, November 7, in which Dr. Phil once again consults with the runaway teen and her mother. Alex was previously on the show and promised to turn her life around. Recently, she was found back on the streets of Seattle, WA, by a private investigator, hired by the show, and brought back to her family. Now, after all that's already been done to help her, Dr. Phil deals with her relapse and answers the question poised by viewers, her family and Alex herself: Can this young woman be helped?

In "Banned from the Wedding," airing Thursday, November 8, an adamant mother-in-law vows she will be at her son's wedding, despite the security detail that the bride has hired to keep her out. Dr. Phil weighs in as the family roils along and the wedding party threatens mutiny.

In the three-part "Daughter in Danger," Dr. Phil brings to light the pain of a family whose youngest, Katharine, met a Palestinian man on an internet site and then lied to them so that she could fly overseas to meet him. In a live satellite broadcast, the family confronts the young man, who they believe has undue influence on the girl. "Daughter in Danger," Part 1 airs on Tuesday, November 20, and Part 2 follows on Wednesday, November 21.

Summaries of the month's other offerings are as follows:

"Scary Skinny" - Dr. Phil addresses anorexia and bulimia, which are plaguing young women, particularly his three guests on this show. Each girl believes herself to be overweight, despite their tragic, outward appearances to the contrary.

"Will Fights" - Where there's a will, there's a way...to fight it, as four sisters battle over their Aunt's estate and contest the document, which she had changed just prior to her death. Will Dr. Phil help the heirs make peace or make pieces of her last testament?

"Pill Popping Twins" - A two-part episode about adult twin women, on a downward spiral of prescription drug addiction, are confronted by their younger sister about their deadly habit. The furious twins are hauled in front of the cameras for an intervention, with Dr. Phil giving them a wake-up call before a probable double-funeral takes place.

"Will There Be a Wedding?" - In this two-part show, four couples move into the Dr. Phil House to ascertain how prepared they are to marry their intended spouse. During their stay, they each realize how they are standing in their own way to marital bliss. Dr. Phil intercedes to make them conscious of their negative interactions and what must be done before the nuptials take place.
