Kathryn and Drew on Not Shaving

Drew: And this new show…by the way it’s a good thing I shaved.

Kathryn: I did not so we can compare. I definitely have not.

Drew: By the way touching your leg, you are shaved.

Kathryn: Okay that’s good to know. There’s a little bit, but it’s fine.

Drew: It’s pure as the driven snow.

Kathryn: This is a whole different ball game.

Drew: Do you shave often?

Kathryn: No.

Drew: It took me three months to finally get to shave. I feel like I had a full blown movie makeover just by that.

Kathryn: Me too. Because I have been deep in it work wise, clothes have been covering all that part of my body. It’s the last thing I think about and it has been so liberating. I know summer’s around the corner but right now I’m like, honestly I shaved for you not knowing what I was gonna be wearing.

Drew: I think I subconsciously shaved for you.

Rob Lowe Asks Kathryn for Advice on Working with his Son

Drew: Alright our last question is from an old costar of yours.

Rob: Hi Kathryn, Rob Lowe, miss you. So when we worked together on ‘Parks and Rec’ I was just blown away by your knowledge and your wisdom and now you’re playing a character with knowledge and wisdom on your show. I could use you advice. I’m doing a show called ‘Unstable’ currently on Netflix with my son, and he’s a pill. What do you do when you’re working with your kid on a show and he’s such a pill. Any advice you have would really be appreciated.

Kathryn: Well listen, I think that the chances of you working on a show with your kid are one in a gazillion, who gets to do that? I have a sixteen-year-old…nobody wants to hang. So you definitely want to spend as much time with your kid as you can.
