This double-feature marks the first time that SHOWTIME has broadcast two live events in one spectacular night, and also marks Jay-Z's first live concert telecast.

Two Grand Prize packages feature a trip for two to Memphis; on-stage seating for Jay-Z's live hip-hop performance at the Mid-South Arena; priority seating for the Mike Tyson/Clifford Etienne boxing match at the Pyramid Arena; hotel accommodations and transportation. Winners of these two grand prizes will be part of the Jay-Z motorcade with a police escort to the Tyson fight immediately following the concert.
