SHOWTIME AND F.Y.E. TEAM TO PROMOTE
NEW YORK, NY -- Dec. 15, 2004: Beautiful, sexy, outspoken, independent -- it's "THE L WORD" life! SHOWTIME and F.Y.E will give fans of the hit series an opportunity to live it up with the newly released DVD of the complete first season and a chance to win a trip for two to Los Angeles, California. Grand Prize winners of the "Live the L Word Life" sweepstakes will stay at the fashionable W Hotel which will be featured in the show's second season, scheduled to premiere on Showtime in February.
F.Y.E. (For Your Entertainment) stores will promote the DVD, the sweepstakes and the 2nd season launch of the series with promotional materials in over 750 stores across the country including counter and tower signage and spots on the F.Y.E. Listening and Viewing Stations (LVS). Showtime and THE L WORD will also have a significant presence on fye.com. The 5-disc DVD set of THE L WORD's highly-charged first season will also be featured in all F.Y.E. stores and online at fye.com.

Showtime Networks will leverage the partnership with F.Y.E. with on-air spots, local radio campaigns, online banner ads and on the sho.com website. In select markets, F.Y.E. gift cards and THE L WORD DVD's will be given away to listeners as part of the local radio campaigns.
All promotional materials will direct consumers to F.Y.E., fye.com and Sho.com for additional information about the sweepstakes and to encourage consumers to purchase the DVD.
