Voting for “Best New Artist” finalists remains active into show

“Best New Artist” Top 3 have been revealed for the 2024 “VMAs” airing TONIGHT at 8:00 PM ET/PT; voting will continue at vote.mtv.com into the show and, for the first time by an awards show, via WhatsApp through QR code or direct link found on the website.
- The finalists are:
  - Chappell Roan – Island
  - Gracie Abrams – Interscope Records
  - Tyla – Epic Records
Newly added special guest performers include Doechii, Quavo performing with Lenny Kravitz; and Sasha Colby joins the jam-packed presenter lineup.

TUNE IN:
- 2024 “VMAs” will air LIVE on Wednesday, September 11 at 8:00 PM ET/PT across MTV’s global footprint, including BET, BET Her, CMT, Comedy Central, Logo, MTV, MTV2, Nick at Nite, Paramount Network, Pop, TV Land, VH1 and Univision with first encores running at approximately 11:00 PM ET/PT. Additionally, Comedy Central will air the encore at approximately 11:30 PM ET/PT, following “The Daily Show” and UniMas will air at 11:30 PM ET/PT following their late local news.
