FACE THE NATION WITH MARGARET BRENNAN was the #1 Sunday morning public affairs program in total viewers on Sunday, Jan. 22, according to Nielsen live plus same day ratings. FACE THE NATION delivered 3.0 million viewers, with 484,000 in adults 25-54. In total viewers, FACE THE NATION has ranked #1 for 16 of the last 18 weeks. Season to date, FACE THE NATION ranks #1 among total viewers for the third consecutive year.
Sunday’s broadcast featured moderator Margaret Brennan’s interviews with Rep. Mike Turner (R-Ohio) and Sen. Tim Kaine (D-Va.).
Brennan moderated a panel of U.S. mayors featuring Mayor Francis Suarez (R-Miami), Mayor LaToya Cantrell (D-New Orleans), Mayor John Giles (R-Mesa, Ariz.) and Mayor Andre Dickens (D-Atlanta).
CBS News senior White House and political correspondent Ed O’Keefe and CBS News chief election and campaign correspondent Robert Costa discussed the latest on the discovery of documents marked classified at President Biden’s home, and what it means for the White House and Democrats.
