CBS SPORTS UNVEILS COLLEGE FOOTBALL'S BEST COACHES CBS SPORTS SPECTACULAR presents a one-hour special DELL PRESENTS COLLEGE FOOTBALL'S TEN GREATEST COACHES on Friday, Nov. 26 (1:30-2:30 PM, ET). Hosted by CBS Sports' Verne Lundquist, the program will answer the age-old question, "Who are college football's best coaches ever?" Nearly 500 voters, including members of the College Football Hall of Fame, top current and former college football coaches, former Heisman trophy winners and select college football writers received confidential ballots for selecting their choices of the top 10 coaches of all time. The one-hour special includes in-depth features on the coaches voted to be the best in the history of college football. Classic images and footage paints visual pictures of the college gridiron greats' unique stories. Their tales also are told through interviews with current and former coaches, athletes and sports journalists. Among the interviewers are South Carolina head coach Lou Holtz, CBS Sports' Dan Dierdorf and Spencer Tillman, two-time Heisman Trophy winner Archie Griffin, NFL Hall of Famer Lynn Swann, ESPN The Magazine's Ivan Maisel, the Atlanta Journal-Constitution's Tony Barnhart, college football analyst Beano Cook and noted college football author Jim Dent.
