JAMI GERTZ AND MARK ADDY OF "STILL STANDING" HOST "CBS EYE ON AMERICAN" IN OCTOBER

Dr. Phil Takes to the Air

Special Content From The "Late Show with David Letterman," CBS News and Nick at Nite, CMT and VH1 Also Included

STILL STANDING stars Jami Gertz and Mark Addy have been tapped to host "CBS Eye on American" in October.

STILL STANDING -- the Number One new comedy of the 2002-03 season -- moved to Monday at 8:00 PM, ET/PT on CBS this fall, where it's followed by LISTEN UP, EVERYBODY LOVES RAYMOND and TWO AND A HALF MEN. Gertz and Addy play a blue-collar Chicago couple trying to balance responsible parenting with their own youthful spirit.

October's "Eye on American" also includes a new series of special segments from Dr. Phil, host of the hugely popular inspirational talk show (parenting is the initial focus). Dr. Phil McGraw's tough-love style has endeared him to millions, who turn to his syndicated "Dr. Phil" for advice on topics such as family relationships and personal growth.

"CBS Eye on American," an exclusive 90-minute video magazine, reaches 4.5 million passengers a month aboard American Airlines with the most entertaining programming in the skies. Stars from the CBS Network take turns as guest hosts.

Other October highlights include segments from the LATE SHOW WITH DAVID LETTERMAN; features from 60 MINUTES and THE EARLY SHOW; and specially produced segments from Viacom cable networks Nick at Nite, CMT and VH1.

From 60 MINUTES comes a look at the world's most popular living artist, Thomas Kinkade, who's proven to be more than a painter, but a master marketer as well.

In segments from THE EARLY SHOW, super chef Bobby Flay shows anchor Julie Chen how to cook up a perfect bowl of Clam Chowder, while her colleague Rene Syler checks out ideas for adult Halloween parties.

Other features are a look at the newest sitcom on Nick at Nite, "The Fresh Prince of Bel Air;" a CMT profile of country music's beloved outlaws; and a history of hip-hop from VH1.

Each "CBS Eye on American" production includes features from the best of CBS, including CBS News, the LATE SHOW WITH DAVID LETTERMAN, CBS Sports and a full broadcast of a hit comedy such as TWO AND A HALF MEN or THE KING OF QUEENS. The program also includes segments from cable networks such as BET, TV Land, Showtime, Nick at Nite, CMT and VH1.
