CBS ANNOUNCES 2003-2004 PREMIERE DATES
The Premiere of "Survivor: Pearl Islands" Will Jump Start the Season On Thursday, Sept. 18
CBS Officially Launches the New Season on Monday, Sept. 22
"The King of Queens" Debuts In Its New Wednesday Time Period With a Special One-Hour Episode, Wednesday, Sept. 24
"Becker" Joins CBS's New Wednesday Comedy Block on Oct. 1
CBS will get a head start on the 2003-2004 season with the premiere of SURVIVOR: PEARL ISLANDS on Thursday, Sept. 18 (8:00-9:00 PM, ET/PT).
CBS will formally debut its fall schedule beginning Monday, Sept. 22 with the fourth season premiere of YES, DEAR (8:00-8:30 PM, ET/PT), the sophomore season of last year's highest-rated new comedy, STILL STANDING (8:30-9:00 PM, ET/PT); the eighth season premiere of EVERYBODY LOVES RAYMOND (9:00-9:30 PM, ET/PT); freshman comedy TWO AND A HALF MEN, starring Charlie Sheen and Jon Cryer (9:30-10:00 PM, ET/PT), and the second season debut of CSI: MIAMI (10:00-11:00 PM, ET/PT), last year's highest rated and most watched new drama.
The Network's Tuesday lineup premieres on Sept. 23 with the debut of NAVY NCIS, starring Mark Harmon (8:00-9:00 PM, ET/PT) and the third season premiere of THE GUARDIAN (9:00-10:00 PM, ET/PT) followed by the fifth season premiere of JUDGING AMY (10:00-11:00 PM, ET/PT).
CBS news magazine 60 MINUTES II launches its sixth season on Wednesday, Sept. 24 (8:00-9:00 PM, ET/PT) followed by a special one-hour, sixth season premiere of THE KING OF QUEENS in its new Wednesday time period (9:00-10:00 PM, ET/PT), followed by David E. Kelley's new drama THE BROTHERHOOD OF POLAND, NEW HAMPSHIRE (10:00-11:00 PM, ET/PT).
BECKER will premiere in its new Wednesday time period (9:30-10:00 PM, ET/PT) on Oct. 1.
Television's highest rated and most watched program, CSI: CRIME SCENE INVESTIGATION, returns for its fourth season on Thursday, Sept. 25 (9:00-10:00 PM, ET/PT) followed by the second season premiere of WITHOUT A TRACE (10:00-11:00 PM, ET/PT), the second highest rated new drama of the past year.
CBS's all-new Friday lineup premieres on Sept. 26 with the debut of JOAN OF ARCADIA (8:00-9:00 PM, ET/PT), starring Joe Mantegna, Mary Steenburgen and Amber Tamblyn, followed by the eighth season premiere of JAG in its new time period (9:00-10:00 PM, ET/PT) and the premiere of THE HANDLER, starring Joe Pantoliano (10:00-11:00 PM, ET/PT).
48 HOURS INVESTIGATES (8:00-9:00 PM, ET/PT) launches its 17th season on Saturday, Sept. 27, followed by the second season premiere of HACK (9:00-10:00 PM, ET/PT) and the fourth season premiere of THE DISTRICT (10:00-11:00 PM, ET/PT).
CBS's Sunday lineup premieres on Sept. 28 with the 36th season of television's Number One news magazine, 60 MINUTES (7:00-8:00 PM, ET/PT), followed by the series premiere of Jerry Bruckheimer's new procedural drama COLD CASE, starring Kathryn Morris (8:00-9:00 PM, ET/PT) and the CBS SUNDAY MOVIE (9:00-11:00 PM, ET/PT).
