Chef on a Shoestring - It's a Mother's Day special Chef on a Shoestring this week. Chef Donatella Arpaia, recently named one of the most powerful women in Manhattan by the New York Post, will join us, along with her mother, Maria. She'll have just $40 to make a meal of Swordfish and Watermelon Skewers, Pasta with Basil and Ricotta, and Strawberry Semifreddo for dessert.
