"THE LATE LATE SHOW with CRAIG KILBORN" PROMOTES

TODD YASUI TO EXECUTIVE PRODUCER AND

MIKE GIBBONS TO PRODUCER

THE LATE LATE SHOW with CRAIG KILBORN has announced the promotions of two key members of its production team. Producer Todd Yasui has been named Executive Producer and head writer Mike Gibbons is adding a Producer title.

Yasui was rewarded with the Executive Producer title after less than a year with the program. Gibbons, who has been with THE LATE LATE SHOW for three years, heads up the show's team of writers.

"It's an old showbiz technique to give out impressive job titles without increasing salaries," said Craig Kilborn, host of THE LATE LATE SHOW. "Next year, I'll add the word 'Senior' to both titles."

THE LATE LATE SHOW is in its fourth year of production with Craig Kilborn as host. Since taking over the time period on CBS in March 1999, Kilborn has posted impressive ratings increases in viewers and key demographics. THE LATE LATE SHOW is up 25% in total viewers, 33% among men 18-49, 17% among men 18-34, 33% among adults 18-49 and 17% among adults 18-34 since its initial season.

"Writing and producing five hours of television a week is an enormous task," said Rob Burnett, Chief Executive Officer of Worldwide Pants, Inc., which produces THE LATE LATE SHOW, as well as the "Late Show with David Letterman" and "Everybody Loves Raymond" for CBS, and the show "Ed," for which Burnett is also creator, executive producer and writer. "Todd and Mike have done a tremendous job of lining up great guests, writing original comedy, and keeping THE LATE LATE SHOW fresh night after night."

THE LATE LATE SHOW with CRAIG KILBORN features guests from all areas of television, film, sports and music. The show's signature segments include a satiric "In The News" parody and Kilborn's trademark "5 Questions," in which he quizzes the program's lead guest.
