SARAH CAIN PROMOTED TO VICE PRESIDENT, COMMUNICATIONS FOR CBS INTERACTIVE
Sarah Cain has been promoted to Vice President, Communications for CBS Interactive, it was announced today by Neil Ashe, President of CBS Interactive and Dana McClintock, Senior Vice President of Communications for CBS Corporation. Cain, who previously served as Director of Communications of the division, will report to both Ashe and McClintock.
In this role, Cain will continue to oversee the communications function for CBS Interactive and its growing portfolio of digital properties, including BNET, CNET, GameSpot, TV.com, CBS.com, and CBSSports.com, working closely with the general managers of each brand to direct and implement strategic day-to-day communications programs for the respective sites. Additionally, she will work closely with Ashe and the senior management of CBS Interactive, and McClintock and the entire CBS Communications team, in communicating the Company's interactive initiatives to internal and external audiences. She will also serve as the division's chief media spokesperson.

Cain joined CNET Networks in 2002 and most recently served as managing director of public relations where she was responsible for leading and implementing communication strategies across all areas of the company, including business and consumer media relations, employee communications and crisis communications. Before joining CNET Networks, Cain held public relations positions at Autodesk and Waggener Edstrom Worldwide. Cain has a bachelor of arts in Journalism and Communications from the University of Oregon.
