Learning Vacations are expected to be among the hottest travel trends in 2008. Michelle Perry of TripAdvisor found some great destinations in the U.S. and abroad where vacationers can learn a new skill -- everything from painting to surfing.

 

Breaking up is hard to do, but a bill in Congress could soon make it easier to leave your cell phone company instead of being locked into a contract. Ray Martin will explain what consumers can expect and how they can ease out of a contract by trading it away.
