Meanwhile, Tonya (Imani Hakim) learns that she can always get her way by accusing Drew (Tequan Richmond) of hitting her, and Mr. Omar (Ernest Thomas) gets on Julius' (Terry Crews) last nerve when he takes advantage of his neighborly generosity. When Maya witness an intense moment between the couple, she suspects that Ray is abusing Alicia. Darnell accuses Maya of being dramatic until he hears a fight coming from the couple's home. Meanwhile Joan (Tracee Ellis Ross) is disappointed when she finds out her new boyfriend Aaron (guest star Richard T. Jones) does not believe in celebrating Valentine's Day. LORELAI AND CHRISTOPHER CONFRONT THEIR PROBLEMS - Two days after his by-pass surgery, Richard (Edward Herrmann) is on the road to recovery, and Rory (Alexis Bledel) returns to Yale, where she finds that Richard's economics class is now being taught by an attractive young professor, Tucker Culbertson (guest star Cameron Bender), who flusters Rory with his charm. While Lorelai (Lauren Graham) tries to distract herself from the issues in her marriage, she and Sookie (Melissa McCarthy) focus on planning a funeral for one of Michel's (Yanic Truesdale) beloved dogs. Finally, Christopher (David Sutcliffe) returns ready to talk, and he and Lorelai discuss the main problem that has haunted their marriage - Lorelai's feelings for Luke (Scott Patterson. THE HEAD COACH OF HEARST'S BASKETBALL TEAM IS MURDERED - No sooner has Wallace (Percy Daggs III) rejoined the Hearst basketball team, when the basketball coach, Tom Barry (guest star Matt McKenzie), is found dead. The coach's widow, Kathleen Barry (guest star Tracey Needham), hires Keith (Enrico Colantoni) to investigate the murder of her husband and to clear her son, Josh (guest star Jonathan Chase), who is Sheriff Lamb's (Michael Muhney) prime suspect. Logan (Jason Dohring) is wallowing in self-pity after his breakup with Veronica (Kristen Bell), so Dick (Ryan Hansen) invites two girls over to cheer Logan up, but Logan gets stuck entertaining Heather (guest star Juliette Goglia), who is only 13 years old. Keith and Veronica discover that the alibis given by Mindy O'Dell (guest star Jamie Ray Newman, "E Ring") and Professor Landry (guest star Patrick Fabian, "Joan of Arcadia") do not match. MICHAEL ROSENBAUM MAKES HIS DIRECTORIAL DEBUT -- Clark (Tom Welling) and Chloe (Allison Mack) discover that Tobias (guest star Greyston Holt), a young man who was blinded in the meteor shower and now has the ability to identify "meteor freaks," is being used by Lex (Michael Rosenbaum) to locate people with abilities in order to experiment on them. Lana (Kristin Kreuk) finds out about Tobias' gift, and fearing he will name Clark as one infected, offers him a cornea transplant in exchange for his silence. However, she is not prepared for Tobias' shocking news. Erica Durance, John Glover and Annette O'Toole also star. "REBA" SAYS FAREWELL AFTER SIX SEASONS ON THE AIR - In the first half-hour of the finale, Cheyenne (JoAnna Garcia) and Van (Steve Howey) confirm Reba's (Reba McEntire) worst nightmare - that she is becoming their own version of Barbra Jean (Melissa Peterman), dropping by their new house unannounced. Also, when Barbra Jean has a meltdown in the middle of her weather report, Brock (Christopher Rich) interprets her emotions as a sign that she isn't ready to give up on their marriage. In the second half-hour of the finale, Van accidentally starts a fire at his and Cheyenne's new house, forcing them to temporarily move back in with Reba. Realizing they may not be ready for such a big responsibility, they ask Reba if they can stay with her, but she surprises everyone by turning them down. Barbra Jean seriously considers accepting a job offer from a station in Arkansas, so it's left to Reba to get her to turn down the offer and stay with her family where she belongs.
