“60 MINUTES OVERTIME” HONORED WITH WEBBY AWARD FOR ITS REPORTING ON THE WAR IN UKRAINE

60 MINUTES OVERTIME has been honored with a 2023 Webby Award, the leading international award recognizing excellence on the internet. The 27th Annual Webby Awards recipients were announced yesterday by the International Academy of Digital Arts and Sciences (IADAS).

60 MINUTES OVERTIME, a digital extension of the broadcast with original reports, received a Webby Award in the Video Series or Channel, News & Politics category for “60 MINUTES OVERTIME: War in Ukraine a series of reports dedicated to covering all aspects of the war in Ukraine.

The Webby Awards, presented by the International Academy of Digital Arts and Sciences (IADAS), received more than 14,000 entries from over 70 countries worldwide, and over 2.5 million votes cast by over 600,000 people in the Webby People’s Voice in 2023.

60 MINUTES OVERTIME will be honored at the Webby Awards ceremony on Monday, May 15 in New York City.
