Tom Noonan ("Manhunter") Guest Stars as the Magician

"Abra Cadaver" -- Grissom and his team must investigate when a woman mysteriously disappears during a magic trick and Catherine and Nick investigate an apparent overdose, on a rebroadcast of CSI: CRIME SCENE INVESTIGATION, on a special night, Saturday, Sept. 3 (9:00-10:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network. Danny Cannon directed the episode from a script by Anthony Zuiker, one of the series' executive producers, and Danny Cannon, one of the series' co-executive producers. (Originally broadcast 10/31/02)

Grissom, Sara and Warrick investigate Las Vegas magician Zephyr (Tom Noonan) after a female audience volunteer disappears in his "Chamber of Doom" sword box and never reappears. Although nothing seems to be what it is in magic, Grissom and his team believe that Zephyr may have a few tricks up his sleeve because there are no secrets in magic -- only hidden answers. Meanwhile, across town Catherine and Nick investigate the apparent overdose of the lead singer in a popular band.

Tom Noonan reprises a villainous role in CSI and reunites with his former co-star William Petersen from "Manhunter."
