OUT ON A LIMB – Faith Salie explores unique holiday trees ranging from one with unusual ornaments to one that is literally through the roof.  

HOME MOVIES – Conor Knighton reports on how a VHS camera under the tree changed everything for a young boy named Conor Knighton.

POSTCARD FROM ITALY – Seth Doane explores the Christmas panettone, a holiday treat from Italy.

KENNEDY CENTER – Jane Pauley reports on the 50th anniversary of Washington’s John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts, home to the annual KENNEDY CENTER HONORS, which will air Wednesday, Dec. 28 at 8:00 PM, ET/PT on CBS.

RUBIK’S CUBE – Luke Burbank looks at the Rubik’s Cube, a pop culture phenomenon that is now being used to create works of art by Daniella Chaim.  

NEWEL POSTS – Mo Rocca with everything we need to know about stairway newel posts – which figure into a number of classic holiday movies.
