ET EXCLUSIVE | JOE FRANCIS RESPONDS TO JAIL SENTENCE
“I'm 100 percent innocent…”

August 27, 2013 (Los Angeles, CA) – In response to his sentence today Girls Gone Wild creator Joe Francis exclusively tells ENTERTAINMENT TONIGHT, “I'm 100 percent innocent and will fight this through the appeal. I'll remain out of custody until this is resolved and [it] could take between 2 and 4 years.”

Francis was sentenced on August 27th to 270 days in jail as well as three years probation after being found guilty of choking a woman and repeatedly slamming her head to the ground at his Los Angeles mansion in 2011.
