GARY COLEMAN WISHED TO PROLONG LIFE?

June 15, 2010 (Los Angeles, CA) - ENTERTAINMENT TONIGHT's KEVIN FRAZIER sat down with Gary Coleman's ex-wife and significant other Shannon Price yesterday at her home in Utah, for a new interview to air tonight, Tuesday, June 15th.

Shannon responds to the just-filed legal papers, signed by the actor in 2006, that reveal Coleman chose to "prolong life" and wished for medical treatment to be stopped if two doctors agree his condition is terminal or if he is in a coma at least fifteen days.

On why she removed Gary from life support just two days after he arrived at the hospital, Shannon says, "This is what the doctors advised me. I did what I could. The doctors advised me that he was not going to make it because his heart was going to give out and [it was] the time to pull it. Gary and I had talked about that and he said, ‘If I am a vegetable, just pull it.' I tried very hard to make sure that I did everything... for him to have a chance at surviving."

As a battle takes shape over Gary's estate between Shannon and Anna Gray, a former close friend and the CEO of Gary's company, both contend that they are rightful heirs. Will she sit down with Anna and try to work things out? "I'm not sure, but I know Gary would not want any contention between us," she says.

As Shannon previously told ET, she hopes to spread Gary's ashes around train tracks. She goes on to say, "I want to make sure I have an urn and a necklace with his ashes. That's all I want."
