The cuteness factor peaks on Friday in the last installment of 'First Jobs Week' on "The Talk" when Natalie Morales returns to her first job as a pet care worker on a visit to Best Friends LA, a leading animal rescue organization. Morales is joined on stage by a puppy she met during her visit, "This is little Frankie, I named her Frankie because of her blue eyes, Frank Sinatra. A little girl but look at her eyes." Jerry O'Connell says, "Speaking of adopting, Natalie you have a history of adopting dogs on national television, right, this is a pattern?" She admits, "Yes, it's a habit, I have a habit. I adopted Zara when she was on 'The Today Show,' I adopted Obi when he was on 'Access,' and what do you think Frankie? Do you want to come home with me? I was putting in the high pressure call into Joe, he said it's okay." O'Connell jokes, "Frankie, you're rich!" Morales adds, "She's going to have a great home with two other sweet loving recue siblings, so I'm excited to introduce her."
