Michele Weaver stars as Cassidy in the new drama SHERIFF COUNTRY. Previously, she starred in the romantic drama series “Love Is,” which resulted in her being deemed one of Variety’s “10 TV Stars to Watch.” Also, she starred opposite Kevin Hart in “Real Husbands of Hollywood” and played Luly Perry in “Council of Dads.”

 

Additional television credits include “The Pitt,” “Ahsoka,” “Heartstrings,” and “Briarpatch.” Weaver’s film credits include “Nighthawks” opposite Chace Crawford and “Illicit” with Vivica A. Fox and David Ramsey.

 

Weaver was born and raised in Littleton, Colo. She attended Pepperdine University, where she graduated with a degree in theatre acting. She resides in Los Angeles with her husband and their daughter. Her birthday is March 19. Follow her on Instagram and X @elelawson.
