Elizabeth Wright is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Direct to Consumer segment at Paramount, A Skydance Corporation, where she oversees financial strategy and operations for Paramount+, Pluto TV, and BET+. In this role, she leads global FP&A, strategic planning, and transformation initiatives supporting one of the world’s largest streaming and digital video businesses.

Under her leadership, Direct to Consumer achieved profitability a full year ahead of plan, while the company’s streaming portfolio surpassed 79 million global subscribers. Elizabeth has been instrumental in driving margin expansion, ARPU growth, and disciplined content investment while guiding the business through major strategic milestones, including the integration of Showtime, the launch and global expansion of Paramount+, and Paramount’s merger with Skydance.

Elizabeth is known for her high-ownership leadership style, deep analytical expertise, and ability to build and scale high-performing teams through periods of rapid growth and transformation. She is a trusted advisor to C-suite executives and boards, recognized for combining rigorous financial discipline with a people-first leadership philosophy.

A passionate advocate for developing the next generation of leaders, Elizabeth serves as a Global Board Member of The WICT Network and sits on the Executive Advisory Council of The City Tutors. She actively mentors rising talent across the media and finance industries and is an active member of Chief, World 50, and Blend.
