Link to trailer HERE New York, NY (September 14, 2021) — Today, Comedy Central announced the premiere of a new season of “Comedy Central Stand-Up Featuring” as well as the premiere of six new half hour stand-up specials - a massive announcement that includes new sets from 34 comedians total. “Comedy Central Stand-Up Featuring,” the breakout short-form, original digital stand-up series, will premiere on Comedy Central’s Stand-Up YouTube channel starting on Tuesday, September 14.  Half hour specials by comedians who have previously been featured on the short-form series before, will also roll out later this year - including Ian Lara, Yedoye Travis, RB Butcher, Amy Miller, Ismael Loutfi, and Caleb Synan.  Season 8 of “Comedy Central Stand-Up Featuring” will roll out with new episodes each week, and featuring comedy by Matthew Broussard, Chanel Ali, Reggie Conquest, Andrew Orolfo, Ashton Womack, Sam Tallent, Lucas O’Neil, Gianmarco Soresi, Jared Goldstein, Aminah Imani, Dan Perlman, Irene Tu, Kate Willett, and Emma Willmann. Season 9 will follow soon after, with a new batch of comics including Will Miles, Kenny DeForest, Clark Jones, Julia Shiplett, Luke Mones, Matty Ryan, Alex Kumin, Robin Tran, Brian Bahe, Andre D. Thompson, Maddie Weiner, Rebecca O’Neal, Gastor Almonte, and Christina Galston. “Comedy Central Stand-Up Featuring” is the brand’s snack-able stand-up digital content. The short form originals are produced exclusively for the brand’s Stand-Up YouTube channel with sets running approximately 5-10 minutes in length. Comedy Central Stand-Up Featuring includes over 130 comedians and has filmed in Los Angeles, New York City and Austin. To date, the series has garnered over 153M views across YouTube, Facebook, Instagram and Twitter. “Comedy Central Stand-Up Featuring” was produced in partnership with Hoff Studios.
